Abstract:
Inspired by her childhood in Cóte d'Ivoire, Kacouchia wanted to create recipes that were both vegan and healthy. There are many African cuisines, each containing their own key ingredients, recipes, and treasures for the taste buds. The recipes in her book draw on the cultures and traditions of more than 15 countries, and take us on a tour of flavorful, healthy, naturally plant-based recipes.
