With the help of ancient Kryptonian power, Lex Luthor unites the Supervillains and captures all Earth's Super Heroes, until only the Super Hero Girls are left to stop the Legion of Doom, The Super Hero Girls must cross dimensions to resue their fellow superheroes from the Phantom Zone. After a mix-up leads them to the wrong "universe." The Super Hero Girls find themselves coming face to face with the Teen Titans. The Titans try to help the Super Hero Girls fix their dimension traveling equipment and provide comic relief in the lead-up to the movie's climactic showdown.
