In an imaginary country, where live incredible fairground creatures, a monster and his army of clones capture the children and steal their dreams, in an attempt to discover the secret of happiness. One of the children captured is the friend of Miette, an orphan young girl, who decides to do all she can to find him. She's helped in her task by One, a gentle giant. After a number of fantastic adventures in this cartoon universe, Miette and one, helped on the one hand and hindered on the other, achieve their goal and unmask the evil network of "dream stealers".
