Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee star. Plot turns on the discovery of a strange humanoid creature found in China by an anthropologist, then shipped across Russia for further examination. We find out that the beast is really an extra-terrestrial who takes over human beings in an attempt to gain all their knowledge so he can build a space-ship to go home.
