The comings and goings of the racially mixed staff of J.T. McClure's, a trendy restaurant in Hoboken, N.J. Waiters, bartenders, cooks and managers work together but are all waiting for their big breaks into the theater scene. Ambitions, relationships and family backgrounds come into focus around a tragic incident at the restaurant.
