In this tense supernatural horror, father-and-son coroners Tommy (Brian Cox) and Austin (Emile Hirsch) are tasked with performing an autopsy on an unidentified woman found at a crime scene. As they begin their examination, strange and terrifying phenomena occur, leading them to realize that the body holds dark and dangerous secrets. The deeper they delve, the more they uncover an ancient evil linked to the woman. With time running out, they must escape the sinister forces threatening them within the morgue.
