When an astrologer tells introverted 28-year-old Janardhan that he must get married within a year or he would attain sanyasa, Janardhan becomes desperate. He has never had a decent conversation with a female and all the proposals his family set up have failed. As Janardhan searches for a bride, he faces various situations and conflicts, which in turn gives him a chance to revisit his inner core and experience his self-discovery.
