In January 2014, the world watched as the Daft Punk robots triumphed at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. Over the 20 years of their career, Daft Punk has sold more than 8 million albums and has risen from being the leading duo of the techno house scene in Europe to globalstardom. Hidden behind the robot masks we find two French artists -- Thomas Bangalterand and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. This film sets out to recount the extraordinary odyssey of the two DJ musicians who have always resisted compromise and the established codes of show business.
